Directions:
I found the directions for a dress made out of a men's' dress shirt on the blog below. It is great! Just use your imagination. I embroidered on the shirt and added a piece of ribbon or fabric to cover the pleat on the back of the dress shirt, plus to add some pizzazz to a solid color shirt.
